House Judiciary Committee votes to subpoena Monica Goodling

MONICA GOODING TESTIFIES BEFORE HOUSE JUDICIARY IN WASHINGTONThe House Judiciary Committee today voted to issue a subpoena for the testimony of former Justice Department official Monica Goodling. Goodling previously announced her intention to invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to testify and in response, the Judiciary Committee granted her immunity. Goodling is alleged to have been one of the people in the middle of the U.S. Attorney scandal, having served as the Justice Department’s White House liaison.
